GLACIER SKI MOUNTAINEERING COURSE
Learn technical skills for ski mountaineering on Mt. Baker.
This four day course takes place on Mt. Baker and focuses on technical skills and decision-making for skiing in high alpine, glaciated environments.
One of the core questions this course will focus on is when to use the rope, a question that is less obvious when skis are involved.
In the process we'll attempt a ski ascent of Mt. Baker, putting it all together for a descent from the summit.
