Due to the nature of our operation, we are unable to offer internships or entry-level guide positions.

 

Our model is generally to work with guides who:

​

1. We know and trust, or come with a solid referral.

2. Have 10+ years of mountain guiding experience, often acquired in some part while working hundreds of days for bigger guide services (on Rainier, in the Tetons, etc).

3. Have AMGA training and/or certification, up to the IFMGA level.

​

We see minimal turnover, but are always psyched to meet new guides who could be a good fit for future ski or alpine programs. We also are happy to extend guest guiding opportunities on a case by case basis.
